Take time to navigate and read !!!
Go to your reservations.
Click the reservation (Hotel) you want to contact.
There is a link to a message form to contact us.

It works 100% as thousends of other guest do it also every day!
only take 3 minutes time and read all! :)


Dear Guest

Please use the message system of our booking site, booking.com, agoda.com, expedia.com, Airbnb, Hotels.com, tripadvisor.com,  or wherever you have made your reservation.


1.) Privacy & Safety !
No other person can change or cancel your booking without your knowledge.

2.) No other person can scamming or phishing your account.
We already had the case thats way we strictly will not communicate outside the system!

3.) All our staff get access to your request or ageements we have.
And all our staff can ask for details if they need.

4.) We know who we are talking to, and see your travel dates, length of stay, room number, arrival time,
followed by our full previous communication including all information about special request, late arrival, airport transfer, tours you book, payments you make and all other important information about your reservation.

Please do not contact us to our private e-mail, facebook, messenger, google, whatsapp or private website  for  your own saffety we do not respond any questions about existing bookings there !!


Please understand, we get more then 1000 reservation every year, we can't manage all this request on facebook, messenger, whats app, skype, e-mail, telegram and phone.

You can reply to us directly to one of the e-mails you receive from our own bokking siteagoda, booking.com expedia Hotel.com they will be forwarded directly to us!!

 

Or then log into your account on the booking portal where you make your booking and use the message system there !!

A coppy of my and your e-mail messages will be saved on the booking website, and you, my and my staff have access to it.


No misunderstanding, all agreements on a save place, no seaching for e-mails and messages !!
